Riraa ships to all the pin codes in India. We have partnered with best logistics services to ensure that your products are handled professionally and delivered on time.
ORDER DISPATCH
You will be intimated via email about the tracking details of your order once your order is shipped.
Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at riraa.in@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing the order.
In case of any delays in processing your order, we will intimate you and inform you regarding possible delays.
However, in case of any unforeseen circumstances or rare operational issues, there might be a delay in delivering your order. Kindly track your order with the details provided over your registered email ID.
Please note: A 10 Digit Indian Mobile Number is mandatory to receive a package delivery within India as an OTP based delivery is followed by our Logistics Partners. Failure to receive the OTP may lead non-delivery of the package which is totally beyond our control and this can incur addtional charges if the package returns back to our warehouse. An additional shipping charges will be borne by the customer to reship the package.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
International shipping charges are applicable as per the weight of the products in your order.
All the product prices on our website and the shipping charges are exclusive of import duties. As the recipient of the order, you shall be liable for all import duties, customs and local sales tax levied by the country you are in. Please ensure payment of import duties to receive your order on arrival. Failing to do so your order might get stuck at the customs department or it may return back to our warehouse and in such cases, we will not be able to refund the shipping charges if it returns back to us and also deduct the charges for the return.
